Positives:
The rooms were very clean. The staff was cheerful, personable and friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were clean and my children and grandchildren enjoyed them very much.

There was nothing that I did not enjoy.

Very beautiful hotel with a great breakfast!

Breakfast staff on weekend was excellent. Breakfast was good everyday.
Negatives:
Elevator got stuck on 3rd floor and would not move. Advised to jump up and down which got it moving. Parking lot marked with with yellow lines I assume to keep vehicles from parking in front of entry way. People park there anyway. Looks as if the markings should be removed.

They didn't communicate with us that they wouldn't restock towels, cups, coffee and make the bed as they were short staffed. We stayed three days and had to ask for all this

Half was under construction. Which they chose to start doing next door at 6:30 am. Also wasn't friendly about check in with the first lady. Price for one night was almost the same cost as 2 nights. Not worth almost $300 for one night

The price was outrageous! $260.00! I had no choice but to stay there because of the timing of my journey. I tried to express my disappointment in the rate but got nowhere. I will definitely not return..your rates were not comparable to others that I paid else where, Buffalo, Wyoming for example. This seemed to me to be price gouging!
