Positives:
We were traveling and just needed a place to sleep a few hours. We arrived for a late check in and left early before coffee was provided. I don’t even know if a breakfast would have been provided. Our room was clean and comfortable. The negative, I’m a bath person but there is no way I would bath in that tub. I was clean I think but looked like it had been damaged many times with gross looking repairs. Also, two WiFi options were provided which was nice but took us ten minutes or more to be able to get onto one. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to offer one of those coffee machine coffees with fresh beans to make your own fresh single serve coffee, in the lobby (?) so the early departures can grab a coffee for the road, and the normal departures can also enjoy a fresh coffee. Over all we enjoy our stay and the convenience of the location. Easy on and off the interstate.

Negatives:
Staff was very rude, on-site laundry is a joke, single washer in laundry, don't waste your time. Key cards will stop working halfway through the day, had to get my room key fixed every single day during my stay.

Check in time is actually 4:00 even though the website reads a different time we had to drive around for an hour until the room was ready. Not much for breakfast.

It was very noisy and our room key didn’t work so we were told if we needed our door unlocked we would have to come by front desk. Doing the night there was no one there so if we waned in we had to call the operator. This was not in anyway acceptable. We will not stay there again.
