About This Property

We have 7 waterfront cottages on tranquil Reeves Creek that overlooks Great Peconic Bay within Long Island's historical North Fork, one, two and three bedroom cottages are located on a waterfront setting. Nestled within vineyards and farmland on three garden filled acres, yet convenient to many local restaurants and attractions, our well maintained cottages offer a sense of serenity & enjoyment that keep families and pets returning summer after summer. Our cozy cottages are air conditioned, indoor bathrooms, heated, cable tv and wifi. Our kitchens are fully supplied with pots. pans, dishes, full size appliances. There is laundry services on premises. For outdoor entertaining, each cottage has a screened porch with table, chairs, and outdoor barbecue, picnic table and outdoor water faucet. There is an out door shower as well as an indoor shower. Boat dockage is also available on our 365 feet of waterfront, inquiry about our current dockage rates, etc. Come and enjoy our wonderfully relaxing summer retreat. We know you will love it as much as we do!
