Carrier Guidelines: For in cabin/carry-on travel, pets must be small enough to fit and stay comfortably in a travel kennel under the seat. Pet travel carrier size must not be larger than a size 50. Hard-sided carriers must not be larger than 7.5" H x 12" W x 17" D, while soft-sided carriers must not be larger than 9.5" H x 12" W x 17" D.
For pets traveling in the cargo area/checked baggage, the following hard-sided sized carriers are allowed: size 50 - 7.5" H x 12" W x 17" D, size 100 - 15" H x 16" W x 21" D, size 200 - 19" H x 20" W x 27" D, size 300 - 23" H x 22" W x 32" D, size 400 - 26" H X 24" W x 36" D, size 500 - 30" H x 27" W x 40" D.
