This pet friendly cabin is just steps from the Toccoa River, with over 1000 feet of accessibility and located in Suches, Georgia . The cabin is handicapped accessible with a ramped entryway, and it sleeps 6. All recreational facilities outside the cabin are free for your use while you are a guest in my home! We have over 3 acres of fenced areas for your pets, or let them run free on the flood plain. No leash laws here. Catch and release catfish pond, feed only trout pond and all the fish you want to catch from the river. Lots of walking trails right from the cabin.We have swings, a gazebo with fan and swing, front and back porches as well as an upstairs loft sun porch. There is a 3 night minimum. Rates are $140/night for up to 3 nights. Tax is not included, so please add 7%, and 5% for Fannin County's required lodging tax. If reserving for 4 or more nights, the nightly rate (beginning with day one is $130/night plus tax. This is based on an occupancy of 2 persons. Each additional person is $10/night. Firewood is $5/night. A $200 deposit is required that is applied to the full cost of the reservation. If you have to cancel, the deposit is not refunded but it will roll over for up to one year. If you must cancel due to weather, no portion of the money paid will be refunded or rolled over.
