You must remove or properly dispose of all of your dog's waste. Your dog's leash must remain in your hand, and your dog must stay within your sight at all times. Your dog must be under voice control, and any holes that your dog digs up must be filled back in. Your pet must be licensed in accordance with the City of Winnipeg Responsible Pet Owner Act
