Camelback Mountain

Leashed dogs are welcome to hike with you on Camelback Mountain. Located in the middle of Phoenix, Camelback Mountain offers four different trails with varying degrees of difficulty, so you and your dog can choose the most appropriate hike. Traverse some of the easiest trails in less than an hour! Make sure to hike at a time when your pet will least likely to suffer from heat exhaustion, and always carry plenty of water for your pet. Wildlife is prevalent on the trail, so be on the lookout! Please do not allow your pet to stray off the trail and or approach animal burrows. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Pets must be leashed at all times.
