Slide Rock State Park, located just outside of Sedona, Arizona, is a 43-acre park in Oak Creek Canyon. This site gets its name from slippery rocks that form a slick natural water chute. Visitors have been coming to this park to swim for generations. Leashed dogs are allowed in the park and on the surrounding trails, but are not allowed in the swimming areas.
