Good news! Before Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in St Johns), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in St Johns), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in St Johns), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. If you do not have a credit card upon check in, a $300 CAD cash deposit will be required along with full pre-payment of the room.
