Between Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Apr 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Whitehorse), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Apr 27th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Whitehorse), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I liked the clean comfortable room and the friendly smiling girl when I checked out. I like the fact I could bring my pet.

Negatives: When I checked in the person on duty was not friendly or welcoming. I thought I got a receipt for my stay, but I only got a receipt for the pet charge.
