The one staff member I dealt with was upbeat and friendly. The location was very close to the casino I was playing at. The room was much cheaper than every other hotel in the area. They gave me a military discount.

The TV in our room had no cable reception. The coffee maker was broken, but I was able to make a cup of coffee like it was tea.

This hotel is well worn. The bathroom had peaking paint and discolored walls. The hallways looked like theyve never been vacuumed. I would recommend Motel 6 over this hotel at a third of the rate.

Room and Toilet were dirty Food under bed. Got lock of room twice due to key card didnt work. Was stuck in elevator. Fridge freezer was filled with ice and the fridge door wouldn't close. Git.food poison from the hotel food.

Staff was excellent and responded quickly when we informed them that our sink wasnt draining. Friendly front desk staff whenever we entered or exited hotel.

The room was dirty and furnishings, etc. were very tired. We had clean sheets and linens, but otherwise the room seemed poorly cared for. Visible spills and splatters on paint and near garbage cans, spots on draperies, the hallway hadnt been vacuumed.

The room was not as clean as I expected. The carpet had pieces of paper & crumbs throughout the whole room. The bathroom toilet & sink didnt look clean. Shower curtain didnt close properly so water got all over the floor. No hand towels or wash rags.

Location IF there had not been construction on eastbound I 10 because of that it took closer to 40 mins instead of 10
Negatives:
Very poor signage to see from Chandler seems like the address should be Southgate since you have to go there to get back to it
