We like the location of the hotel.
Negatives:
The hot tub and pool were both dirty, debris and dirt could be seen, also lack of chlorine in both. The hotel does not clean the rooms on a daily basis like they used to, I believe they said only after three days will they clean the rooms. They did however provide extra towels when asked. The shower in the room we were in the faucet was leaking so the tub was stained, and the grout was visibly dirty.

Saw two rooms both had Mold in the bathrooms. Water spot in the ceiling, what looked like blood stain in the carpet and strong odor. Sorry just being honest. The outside looks really nice and clean sorry I can't say that about the inside

It was clean, modern and very attractive. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and well set up. It was within walking distance of a restaurant, which was nice because I was tired after a long day of driving and didn’t want to get back in the car.
Negatives:
My only criticism, which is very minor, was the flimsy plastic flatware available for the breakfast . It was so flimsy that I couldn’t even cut my waffle and had to basically tear it apart to eat it. Other than that, my experience with this hotel was excellent.
