The elevator was "temporally" out of order. With only one elevator (that the staff needs to use) resulted in waiting for quite some time on the upper level.

The warm greeting from the desk clerk. She was extremely helpful and fulfill my requests. I had my dogs and she knew exactly that I needed a room near an exit and made it happen.

The fact that people did not pick up after their dogs. There are doggie waste bags in plain sight.
