The bathroom had not been cleaned properly and there was long black hair on the floor and in the tub

The front desk person who checked us in on Thanksgiving evening was extremely rude..waited about 10min as no one was at front desk when she finally appeared she was short, rude and acted like we were wasting her time. No greeting or apologies the wait.

Pool was dirty..we had to skim it. No towels. Had to ask for them.

I could have my dog with me and didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for it, not like Hampton Inn.

Outside the window was a roof with pigeons. 4am they began cooing. Woke us up. Ask clerk about it. She said they tried to get rid of them but nothing worked. I replied and you still rented the room? Ask for refund and she refused. Was very unpleasant.
