The staff was exceptional. We asked for garbage bags to use for a tour because it was raining, and we had no rain gear. They were very accommodating.
We also made arrangements to stay an additional day due to inclement weather conditions. The staff was accommodating.

We did not try the breakfast because we had to leave the hotel on the 4:20 a.m. shuttle for a very early flight. The hotel is a few minutes from the airport and has a shuttle that leaves very frequently. The 4:30 a.m. shuttle was full, so they added one at 4:20 a.m. for us and one other couple. The location and shuttle were why we chose the hotel.

The staff was excellent and very helpful!

The location is extremely misleading. It is a full 20-25 minute drive to downtown Bentonville. It is also extremely close to the airport, so you constantly hear the airplanes arriving and departing. It woke us up multiple times every night. One of our windows was broken and taped together, which I understand things happen, but it was clearly not new tape from a recent occurrence.
