Fix the pool ( it was super cold), and add pancake or waffle station to breakfast bar. Fix juice machines.

I think this is probably my favorite hotel that weve stayed at. It was very clean and very nice and modern. It is apparent that it is well kept! I would also like to commend the front desk clerk TC for being so friendly, funny, and pleasant

Positives:
I absolutely loved the staff! Super nice! Breakfast in the morning made the day start a little easier! My daughter loved watching the airplanes on take off and landing!
Negatives:
Had my daughter with me this trip and this hotel was only hotel I could find with an indoor pool, I loved that! Helped pass time just wish the water was little warmer!

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Little Rock, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered rude staff members initially, which was off-putting. However, I must acknowledge that the Second Lady I interacted with was much more pleasant.
Despite arriving just 15 minutes before the designated check-in time of 3:00 PM, I was informed that my room would not be available until an hour later at 4:00 PM. This delay in providing accommodation is unacceptable and reflects poor management of guest expectations.
The breakfast offerings were underwhelming, consisting of only eggs and microwave sausage patties. A lack of variety and quality in breakfast options can significantly impact a guest's overall satisfaction with their stay.
In terms of room amenities, I found the bed to be uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the floors in the bathroom appeared dirty and neglected, suggesting a lack of proper cleaning maintenance.
Furthermore, the size of the room itself was notably small, which may have contributed to a feeling of discomfort during my stay.

We loved how comfy the beds were, very clean hotel. Loved the bathrooms! Like the breakfast a lot too. Easy location and loved that it has free parking!
Negatives:
The pool was ice cold when we went down to go swimming and it wasn’t closed, not sure what was going on with that since there were no signs posted saying we couldn’t swim.
