Upon pulling into the parking space a hooker nearly raced to my car to deal with me. I shook her off and she went to a car with two males talking about “business”. This room was next to mine.

The room itself is somewhat decent for the price. Really need to be fixed up and revamped. The location is aweful due to the homeless and drug activity. Woke up to US marshalls surrounding the place. Dog feces as you walk out of elevator. Staff is nice but the facility needs to be condemned by law enforcement and complete renovation.

The room smelled like urine, the beds hadn't been made ____ everything was a disaster! Motel 6 used to be a good place to stay on the cheap. Now it's a pigs stye !!! We'll never stay at a Motel 6 again!

The room was dirty. The towels and sheets were stained. Even though I knew it wasn't a five star hotel I still expected it to be clean. Apparently no one there takes any pride in their work because other than the bed being made those rooms were not cleaned up. And my mom killed a roach in the bathroom.

We picked this hotel because it was the best price around to stay a couple days for the eclipse event. Had no idea how dirty it was and how unsafe we felt the whole time. We were wondering if this was an area of Little Rock that housed a lot of homeless people. I can understand that but the homeless people constantly walking around.outside, day and night was unsettling. There was only one towel in the room and when I went to get a couple more, I was only given one. We lived. The bed was like a rock and no blankets. The TV had like 5 stations that were barely watchable. Then the cock roaches came out. Couldn't wait to leave and most definitely would not recommend and we certainly won't be back.
