what i liked about our stay was the cleanliness, that’s about it. I was looking forward to the pool but it was “broken” therefore we weren’t able to swim

I think they scam when I got there there were 4 people that had reservations including myself we were told we didn't have reservations evethough we had confirmation so we got stuck paying more plus the rooms were small the second night I book again and I had to pay more they said the room I book didn't come with refrigerator or microwave so I had to pay more and once again I book it threw booking.com
