Absolutely nothing the property was rude non-accommodating, and should think of another line of business to be in

Nothing was good. We advance paid for the room and was a bit late getting to the hotel, and they would not let us check in at all. Never made an accommodation for reversing the charge and be on being rude the people we spoke to or nasty.

Positives:
The room was much larger than I expected. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of light. I would stay here again for sure. I was especially surprised by the small kitchenette. Just a sink and counter and cupboard space, but it was a nice feature you don't see a lot of anymore.
Negatives:
I travel with my cats a lot (not this time and usually not when traveling for work). When I was asked about any pets with me, I was excited because pet-friendly accommodations are hard to come by, but when I confirmed they were in-fact pet-friendly, they said dogs only. Which is not pet-friendly, it is a dog friendly property. It's a small difference, but it's still a difference that others who travel with furry and feathered friends should be aware of.
