We were going to stay in our room another night so I paid in full online then they wouldn't accept my digital copy of my license ,bi also had the paper fron the DMV applying for my new replacement license .
..she seemed extremely proud of herself to be able to rudely turn is away that's the part which really gets me ....even if you need them turn someone away it should at least have sone slight apologetic tone at least ....but this seemed almost enthusiastic ....so we went and spent out money somewhere else and will continue to avoid motel 6

First of all there was a couple that was given the same room key as mine I had been there for 2 days they were able to walk in my room when I went to the front desk the little short lady acted like it didn't matter to her but it wasn't her she's the only one there that is negligent that is not okay and I need a refund how would you give someone else a key to a room that's already booked doesn't it show that in your computer I'm sure it does. She didn't even say I'm sorry or anything she just said well I don't know it wasn't me that's a problem I paid for a room I was there for two days I'm sure I was in the computer however that was overlooked I need to be compensated for my time and as well as my inconvenience by other guests walking into my room with a key given by front desk.

A little short lady in the front could have did her job or at least sit I'm sorry or gave any kind of empathy but no so for that right there I will never return unless I get accomped room
