Positives: The welcome from arriving and being upgraded at no extra cost from floor 1 to 15 with a wonderful view over the marina. The room was very spacious, comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and small balcony to enjoy the marina view and mountains on the distance. The staff are an asset to the hotel, on the front desk Pierre and Tyler were brilliant, on the concierge team Monique had a smile to make anyones day and Hunter and john so kind and helpful. Wonderful service.
