The area is definitely a tourist attraction and was packed while we were there.
We experienced a couple minor issues with the room but staff remedied them quickly.

If you are going to pay over $500 for a night, you expect the amenities to be open and available. The pool bar and grille wasn't open until 11 am. so no morning Bloody Mary by the pool, and last orders at 930 pm. Also the kids water slide did not open until 11 am, and closed at an early 6 pm even though the pool remained open until 10 pm. They claimed winter hours. IT"S NOT WiNTER in California! Whoever made the management decision needs to reconsider that families who patron this facility, and we pay for at least 2 or more visits a year, expect value for their investment. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
