Could have handed the note to someone who spoke English instead of just completing ignoring..

I know it is not the property’s fault, but we arrived back to our room at around 11:00pm our room had a very strong maijuana odor that made it difficult to sleep. The smell was very overwhelming. In addition, we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the harbor, we couldn’t use it do to the very strong marijuana odor.

Started our stay having them send a techto our room bc the AC was barely blowing. The guy said its blowing cold,unfortunately thats as hard as its going to blow. Definitely not 4star. The Bayside tower is old, and trashy, plus $49 parking is ridiculou

The staff was not helpful at all, when they gave me the room I asked where it was they told me that the second floor when I looked for it I did not find it I asked again and after half an hour of waiting they told me that it was in another building they told me to wait outside for the bus to transfer me to the other building, All the staff was not helpful at all it has to improve until the supervisor has to improve how to treat the tourist they were not helpful to me.
