Positives:
The location is excellent and only steps from Santa Monica Pier! When we first entered our room, the first thing we noticed was how clean it smelled! We loved having the sofa to stretch out on to watch TV. The room has excellent decor, and the bed and pillows are SO COMFY! We dined in the restaurant downstairs for dinner, and it was phenomenal! The Hangar Steak was out of this world! Love all of the outlet options for charging phones, etc. While we didn't have time to utilize it, the hotel offers availability to rent beach chairs, surf boards, etc! There are books and magazines throughout the hotel for you to pick up and read.
Negatives:
The bathroom is a little small but operates just fine!

you do feel as you was an ATM. check in time is late (4pm) and to get the room before that time 50 dollars. parking fee 65 dollars! check out time 11, but at 9:30 they housekeeping team knock at your door to clean the room… staff is nice, but I don’t like the way this hotel is managed.
