i forfeited my $--- to stay at this hotel because i didnt have $250 for the outrageous deposit they wanted. I ended up leaving early because I couldnt afford to even have them "hold" that on my card. It would have taken 5- 10 days to get it back.

I book this hotel whenever I visited the Bay Area from India. It is close to my work and hence continue to book here.
Negatives:
#1) The staff: The staff (especially a lady staff) does not necessary look things from a customer perspective. Though I booked at a daily rate of $----/day, they still demand similar charges for even 2 hours of early check-in or 1 hour of delayed check-out

Kitchenette. Breakfast inclusion. Room is always clean.

Bathtub is very slippery. Needs a tub mat.

Staff reluctant to assign ground floor rooms although the parking lot is nearly empty. Bath tub is very slippery. Needs a mat to prevent falls.

Breakfast was good but became a bit monotonous after few days. May be more vegetarian options would help further.

The girl at the front desk did not want to borrow me scissors, she said I could harm myself with it and it would be her fault. It makes no sense to me. They also claim to have CD player in each room, well, they do not. In any room.
