Positives:
Clean, spacious, nice lobby and bar area and proximity to the station made it very easy to pop into Denver to see friends. Simple takeaway breakfast and coffee was available super early for those heading to the airport before actual breakfast service.
The young woman on reception overnight (7-8 April) was professional, efficient and clearly took pride in giving great customer experience.
Negatives:
The staff on check-in were rude, inappropriately dressed and unprofessional, barely even acknowledging our existence.
After check-out I contacted the hotel twice about a very sentimental and expensive perfume I left on the table in our room and was completely ignored. It was from my wedding day and I was on my honeymoon. I don’t mind that hopefully a cleaner gets to enjoy it, but a response of any kind would have been nice.

Location good for airport shuttle but not for walking to stores etc. Far away from everything. Bed was comfortable and airport shuttle was on time to get back
to airport.

Pool wasn’t available. Had to call to get Airport shuttle from airport to hotel. They said it ran every half hour but it didn’t.

The restaurant was great and the food and drinks were awesome. The place was clean and awesome decor. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had to leave early for the shuttle to go back to the airport and they had a to go bag with a few items for us for breakfast because the breakfast didn't start until 5 but we had to leave at 330. So it was nice to have a little something to eat.
