It was clean. Waffles at breakfast were good.
Negatives:
We called the hotel to determine where we needed to be at the airport to get the hourly free shuttle. The recording said to wait on island 3 outside door 505 or 512 at 25 minutes after the hour. We retrieved our bags at 40 minutes after the hour very near door 505 so we went to that location. We were not happy about having to wait 45 minutes after a really long day of travel. At 35 after the hour the shuttle still had not arrived. We called the hotel again and spoke to the person at the desk who was also the manager and he said they were no longer picking up outside door 505, only at 512 and we would need to wait another 50 minutes! This was totally UNEXCEPTABLE!!! We took an Uber that cost us $35. When we got to the hotel and spoke to him, he blamed it on the airport and said it wasn’t that easy to change the recording and there was nothing he could do to make it right for us, again, TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE! I really wanted to not give the hotel our business and stay somewhere else and he said fine but we would have to try to get our money back from the 3rd party (Expedia) that we booked with. We were both exhausted and I didn’t want to get in an argument with my husband over and ruin the end of what was otherwise a lovely vacation. If your hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport and has instructions of where to be on a recorded message and the airport makes you change the location or number of locations, it is the hotel’s responsibility to get the recording changed IMMEDIATELY to match what is happening, end of story, period NO EXCUSES!!!!

24 Hour Airport shuttle - clean room - comfortable King size bed - nice linen & towels - best value - standard hotel breakfast fare - clean comfortable area. Morning airport shuttle prompt and on time. Morning front desk staff and breakfast provider cheerful and friendly.
Negatives:
First impressions are made at the entrance - noticeable carpet and furniture stains - next comes staff interaction at check-in. Mr. Ken assisted us - although quite courteous his attitude was curt, unhelpful and indifferent. Professional yes, personable no. This is a management training issue for staff to reflect client appreciation and business gratitude. When asked how to prepare purchased food offerings, response was “read the instructions”. When asked where to find hot water the response was “over there somewhere” in the dark. Not mindful nor helpful. Most hotels provide at minimum a complimentary bottle of water for each guest, here the hotel gladly charged $3.00 per 8oz bottle. Too much markup. We would suggest taking a lead from Stay Pineapple chain and install water fillers for guests.
