Room smelled like urine. TV only got 1 channel. Bathroom needed repairs. Front desk staff was less than helpfull. Didn't tell me my room number just handed me the keys with it written inside and then asked if I needed a map. I said yes and she gave it to me but no directions on where my room was or anything just fend for yourself. Definitely would not stay here again. Tjere is a comfort inn in the same parking lot that is much nicer

I am homeless used all the money I had to get a room. Paid for it online.. no where on the website does it say they don't rent to locals. I get there show my I.D And the person at the counter says I can't stay there cause they don't rent to locals unless i have another $150 for a deposit for a total of $250 . It took me a while to come up with the $100 i needed to rent the room and now she wants more how crazy is that. I left crying cause i was very upset and disappointed you would think they would help their local community but no there are quick to throw someone in the cold even though they paid what was asked to be paid .. it's very cold outside not only do I have no where to go I now have absolutely no money to find another place to stay or to buy food cause now I have to wait for the money to be refunded 7-12 days..i have no idea what to do now.. so my experience with Rodeway is not a pleasant one at all!!!
