Very run down and needs all new flooring, fresh coats of much brighter colored paint and brighter lighting in the hall ways and rooms. Our room was very dirty and neglected of cleaning for a long time. The sheets had not been changed because there was hair and blood stains. No comforters on the beds or blankets in the room. The beds were metal cot frames with ripped up mattress covers. The shower had black mold all around the corners and back side of the tub. There was blood stains on the wall around the garbage can in the bathroom and hair everywhere on the dirty floor.

The rooms were gross hair in our beds, puke on our bathroom floors and walls, unfinished repairs of room, chairs and comforters have burn holes in them, beds absolutely uncomfortable. Staff very rude and management was even worse. They don’t take customer complaints seriously and just see it all as a joke. I would HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else most definitely not worth it.

The gentleman at the desk when I checked in was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
Carpet throughout the hotel hallways were disgustingly dirty and stained. Walls in hallways and room were were dirty and marked up. Musty, stale smell throughout the building. Only 1 washcloth in bathroom and no soap. No extra rolls of toilet tissue, no facial tissue. $4.00 for a can of soda in the vending machine?1?! Pah-lease!!!!!!!

Our room hadn’t been cleaned or set up properly for our stay, and even after requesting towels for the room we never received them. It was clear that the sheets on one of the two beds was not changed after being used by previous customer, the carpet was dirty, there was old food in the fridge and the coffee machine had old grounds in it still. The beds were also missing comforters.
The breakfast was packed up and put away before close and the restaurant was understaffed when we attempted to get food more than an hour before close.
