Wont be back unless beds...
Positives:
Really almost nothing was good about the place. This place would likely suit people traveling with pets (since it is pet-friendly), and those who have very low requirements for their stay.
Negatives:
The rate I paid was in no way commensurate with the value. If I had paid more like $70-80/night, I would have less negative things to say. But to charge $120/night is out of line. I've stayed at another place in Farmington in the past that is quite a bit fancier for about the same price as this place. I've also stayed at other Extended Stay properties in other cities that were great. However, this Extended Stay America is very dated, the room was not clean (I could see grease on the stove hood), the stove itself looked to be from the 1970's, and the room had a weird smell. There were soap and shampoo samples, but no body lotion, which all hotels typically give you. I also had to ask for dishes, because they don't automatically come with the room. There was a human hair in the plastic tub containing the dishes they handed me. They also initially put me in a room on the pet side of the building, even though I didn't come with a pet. I ended up asking to be moved due to multiple barking dogs below me. I'm a dog lover, but barking dogs at night are not okay for sleeping. Breakfast was a "take-and-go" of cheap granola bars, oatmeal packets, limited fruit, basic coffee, and not much else.

It was clean, quiet and included a kitchenette in the room. There was a good place to eat (Five Corners Bistro and Craft Bar) less than a mile from the hotel.
Negatives:
There weren’t many things to do or places to eat close to the property. “Breakfast” included a wrapped muffin and coffee to go.

The staff; the room was very quiet on the 3rd floor; good WiFi connection; very good water pressure in the shower; very nice TV and selection of channels; a good sized room
Negatives:
Unfortunately, I left 2 clothing items on the hook in the bathroom.. I made several calls that evening and a few more the following morning before the issue was resolved: the items were thrown out. VERY disappointing! Should have gone to Lost&Found!
