Positives:
Very convenient location, within 2 blocks of the Foggy Bottom metro station. Whole Foods and restaurants nearby. One of the safer neighborhoods in DC.
Negatives:
Noisier than average. The street noise is a given for this part of DC, but within the room, you can hear noise from adjacent rooms more clearly than in other hotels. From above, we would hear mechanical or plumbing noises louder than in other hotels.

Bad management. Bad location. Unsafe parking. Terrible cooling system. Outdated non working units in the room. Carpet is gross. They dont vacuum under furniture. Terrible hotel. Dont go here there are much bigger and better options.

Service specially the service level at reception, unfriendly, no customer service minded at all, one person called Michelle seems always angry and impatient when u talk to her , together with other lady who works with her . And the paint of the velling seems fall off.
