Room was poorly cleaned. I found a screw, food crumbs, and nail clippings on the floor. There was hair and rust in the bathroom. The room was outdated and its layout was poorly thought out, rendering the tv useless. There were no amenities in-room.

We were placed near a staff elevator that was quite loud. It seemed to lessen during night, so we slept well.

Dismal accommodation. Room had peeling wallpaper, dingy carpeting, and poor lighting. The mattress pad on the bed felt like sleeping on a rubber mat (bed bug protection?) The furniture was worn and stained. Would have checked out but wouldn't get a refund

The location is good. Rooms were sufficient. The staff was friendly enough. The price was good, although I might stay elsewhere considering similar prices and better amenities. We were able to check our bags for the day after checking out which was great.

One room had a broken coffee maker. No free coffee (or even coffee maker) or water cooler in the lobby. Unclear if the rooftop bar was open. No mini fridge, although one room had a nearly full-size dishwasher!? Could use a refresh overall.

No hot water or wifi. When I called to inquire about fixing the wifi, the response was that I should use the wifi in the lobby and that a manager would call me -- which did not happen in a three night stay.

Room was very outdated NO A/C, temperature was 83degrees and maintenance told us to open window to get air, because hotel has no central air. resort fee, but not sure what it included... advertised breakfast, but none nothing impressive about this hot
