The staff was absolutely amazing. We were there for three nights. The hotel was very accommodating The breakfast buffet was delicious and the grounds were really clean.
Negatives:
Parking was a huge issue not enough parking spaces. We tried to park in a different location next door to the hotel and the business next door threatened to have a car towed. The housekeeper never checked our rooms we were there for three nights and had to go to the front desk for extra towels. A little disappointing but we best stayed at this hotel a few times before and had no issues

Over charging our credit cards!!!! They charged me a deposit of first nite after I checked in & never told me . Then they charged my husband card for full price plus charged my card full price + 1 nite and our room is was charged one nite!!! Still not straighten out yet!!! Will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Fantastic hot breakfast, comfortable bed, actual drawers to store clothes, cleanliness of facility.
Negatives:
Motion sensor exhaust fan in bathroom was a pain. It was only on for a very short length of time cutting off while you were showering. Would like to have had a desk chair. Lighting was a little subdued: would like to see LED bulbs in fixtures. 24 hr coffee would be welcomed. Also, I would like a hair dryer.
