The location of the room was nice and convenient to the pool and the continental breakfast.
Negatives:
The pool was out of service and closed, however, the front desk staff had no idea why. The breakfast area was extremely cramped and it made the area hard to navigate with only about 12 people in the room.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel. I selected it based on this star rating. It might be a 2.5.

The staff was friendly. Went above and beyond to make my stay very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. There was one person that did the entire buffet. She was wonderful, with filling, set up, and cleanup.

The office was hard to find. A sign needs to be posted.

The place is just old and run down and did not present itself as a 3.5 star rated hotel. I found it very dilapidated and would not stay again at this location.

Room smelled toilet was too close to wall, the beds were hard as a rock, the sink spiket was grimy, the frond door stuck on all the doors along front and you can hear everyone coming and going

Our room smelled like pot , trash in can still and tissue in peep hole ciz it was open. The room itself was clean enough. Would stay there again if i had to but not by choice.

The keys needed to be reset often. There was a lot of noise in the parking lot early in the morning. The vending machine was out of drinks. The staff was unfriendly.

Water came thru light in bathroom and scared my 12 year old daughter.This happened at 11 oclock at night and we had to change rooms after our stuff got wet.Then the next morning we basically were told we were lying by management.
