The security guard was helpful.

The area, the entire hotel reeked of weed, suspicious people walking around the hotel, the sofa bed didn’t have sheets, and the night front office person was rude. I will never stay here again, and they charged me $215 instead of the $198 which was on the receipt.

I requested a handicapped room and they only had one handicapped room on the hotel with walk in shower and grab bars. Totally unacceptable . I couldn't shower because I can't step over the bathtub. I had to squat to use the toilet because the seat was too low and no grab bars.

I check out late. My reservation was 2 queens bed , when i arrived front desk said they didn't have a room with a queen bed , i paid for that and wasnt available she said hotel was full. She hand me a very uncomfortable portable couch for my 13 yr old dauther. I have to pull that couch to my room in the 3erd floor . My Daughter sleep very uncomfortable and end sleeping with my husband and me in a queen bed.
I understand hotel was full ,but i did my reservation in advanced and pay for double queen.
