The linen was dirty. It has stains all over it. The staff had attitudes and were rude and to top it off both elevators were out of order so that means we had to carry our luggage and walk down four flight of stairs.

When it was time for me to check out, the elevator didn’t work. I stood there for about 5/10 & was about to go down the stairs then the doors slowly opened & the maintenance man was at the bottom fixing on it. Other than that, everything is was nice.

Everytime I come to Atlanta...

The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
It wasn't the cleanest, definitely needed more attention. All the doors look beat up and the bathroom doors are more like closet doors with no locks. There was also people grilling out and partying in the parking lot all night and disturbing my family's sleep. Our room window was open (not by us) and we didn't know it until the smell of the grill started filling our room. The breakfast was terrible too. Overall disappointing.
