Was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice to have since we we're far from where we needed to be. Overall a nice place to stay if you don't mind being a little out of the way from the city center.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Rooms were nice, clean, & very comfortable. The check in / check out process was a breeze.

Parking was a bit confusing, free breakfast was just OK, $50 deposit made with credit card is still pending after 3weeks of my one night stay - take it off already Hyatt - do you do this with all your guests - hold a deposit for this long??????????
