The heater in the pool was broken, so the water was FREEZING! We picked this hotel because of the pool for my kids, but we only swam for about 30 minutes. Management said someone was coming to fix it, but never did. People were very loud, slamming doors all throughout the night of our stay, which kept us awake. There was an open, used condom in the parking area! Gross!

Old facility, on the bottom floor we could hear the people walk across the foot all night. The sealing squeaked every time they walked. We could hear the people in the next room argue all night (3 days).
