While its pretty obvious that this unit was originally built in the 60s or 70s, it has good bones and has been refurbished appropriately over those years. Its by no means fancy, but its really clean. The toilet was even comfort height! A great value.

Stay out of town for work so fridge is important. So is plenty of sleep. Wery quiet for last 3 months that I've been here. Convenient to interstate and gas station in same parking lot.

This place is a dump but it's nothing that a pest control service carpet cleaner and and gallon of 30 second .miracle on the mold could not fix.
