They charge $12+ per night for parking. There is no reason given the location and competition other than to fleece their guests for extra $. Restaurant is overpriced. Largely empty as a result. Maid service is hit or miss.

Great location. Easy Parking fair price for city. Staff professional and friendly. Suite was spacious and well appointed. Bar/Restaurant on site was convenient w/good service and good food. Hotel employee was especially helpful at check out.
Negatives:
Age of building evident in lack of soundproofing. In the hall, you could hear conversations in rooms, fortunately, the hotel wasn't crowded and there was no noise after 7pm.

Beautiful suite; very large room with nice wet bar with fridge & microwave. Pet friendly. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very empty due to holidays.

Did not like having to pay $12/day for parking. Breakfast was nice, but also not included in room price; it was $15 per person for breakfast. Although they did have a dog park, it was quite a trek to get there. Bottled water expensive also.
