The staff and the location were good. Also the size of the rooms was adequate

The carpet really needed to be cleaned. The smell wasn't pleasant at all. Also the bed was really firm and the pillows were not comfortable at all. For a king-size
bed, why not use king-size pillows instead of standard soft pillows.

First of all getting to the hotels is a nightmare. It’s in the busiest part of town in the main strip and it’s almost impossible to get to the hotel if you’re coming south. Didn’t like the fact that they charged me $30 to park. going to top it off the evening the air conditioner stopped working completely when we first got to the hotel. It was freezing and we turned it off. Turned it back on. It just stopped working and it was hot.
