Location. Price . Higher than what’s it’s worth, but Hawaii has become ridiculously expensive, and bogged down with junk fees.
Negatives:
Very run down. Drapes shabby and full of holes, tears, and stains. Carpet was very dirty. Wallpaper in hallway was falling off. Corners in all areas dirty. The bed was comfortable and very clean. This was the only saving grace.
