The site said there was a hot tub when I booked, but there wasn't... refrigerator was not cool to chill my wife's medication, no water pressure in shower, pillows were lumpy and it was the only motel that didn't have an elevator and I had a knee replaced

Our room needed renovation. The carpet was frayed on entering and the toilet seat was loose. The grab bar on the tub was very rusted. This hotel room could easily be made to leave a better impression.

The fixtures in the bathroom were old and disgusting. The handle to our sink came off. They are plastic and would not be easy to clean. Dont know why they wouldnt update them to stainless.

Bed was great. Breakfast was good. Faucet was busted. Tub was clogged. Fridge freezer door was broken. Manager was great. Listened to my concerns, understood the problem and was very courteous. A++ to her.

Room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable. the pool great for our grandkids to play in, and the hotel was quiet.
Negatives:
Looks dated in some of its aspects, but okay considering the lower price than the best Western Plus next door. Thought the breakfast could have been better ( no hot chocolate )

I would recommend this hotel to families and travelers who are not extremely picky

Friendly staff! Good location, even though it was very close to the interstate we didn't hear the road noise. Indoor pool was great!
Negatives:
Breakfast could be a bit better. Not very many selections and seemed to be a bit old. No hot tub, pool wasn't heated.
