The coffee maker was located in a placed making the task of pouring water very dificult and dangerous if you want pour water to make a second cup. This is just a hazzard that can be avoided before a million dollar burning sue arrive due to an accident

The front desk staff was the most helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff I have ever dealt with. They answered all my questions and had the best reccomendations.

Elevators were busy, but that would not affect me staying here again.

We paid for a room with a city view, but got a view of parking garage. Also, we paid a fridge and microwave no microwave. Also, when they cleaned our room, they threw away our left overs from a restaurant yet left our empty coffee cups from a coffee shop

Room was not cleaned; staff member rude; sink clogged whole trip and two service requests put in but nothing happened

Great location for the St. Patrick's Day celebration, short walk to river. Easy access to the transit busses and very close to Timothy O'Toole's!! Room was clean, all went well. Fresh baked cookies at check in a BIG plus! :)

Elevator wait can be bad, but it was a busy holiday. Parking is cheaper across the street but not a deal breaker.

not very well cleaned - found a pill container from previous guests, hair, etc.
