Location, location, location. Can't really beat being right off Michigan Ave.

Stayed here for three nights. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty upon arrival. Asked to get the refilled 3 times over the next 2 days and they didn't. I had to go out to get shampoo.
Our 3rd night, the couple next door decided to sleep in the hallway floor because their room was too hot. They kept slamming the door every 30 minutes throughout the night, waking us up repeatedly. We let the front desk know, they checked with the over-heated neighboors, and allowed them to stay there for the rest of the night.

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked how there was a 24 hour break room kind of in the cafe spot so if I had to cook something I could go there.
