Location is very central which was handy for my stay.

The walls were quite thin and I could hear a couple in the room next to me screaming at each other, which wasnt particularly pleasant but not the fault of the hotel. Quite loud next to the road - could hear police cars all night.

Enjoyed my stay, the hotel was safe and the room was cozy and comfortable
Positives:
The location is nice, near Trump tower. Opposite to bus station that can take you to all places in Chicago .
Water coolers are available and also coffee machine free of charge.
Baggage holding is available for hours free of charge.
Staff are nice they gave me the room before the checkin time.
Negatives:
The fridge was noisy and not working. The air conditioning is very noisy.
You can hear the voices from other nearby rooms.
