The staff was not helpful at all. We came at 2pm and were told that we will have to check in at 4pm given that our room was not ready. Mind you this hotel has a check out time at 11am. I have stayed in different hotels in downtown and we have always been able to check in early! Also, the upgrade of $16 dollars resulted in a total of $49 dollars! So do not upgrade your room!!
Our upgraded room had a beautiful river view but it was close to the elevators so it was noisy all night!
