The rooms was fantastic. We had a deluxe room which is a corner room with many windows. It was clean and fit our needs. The bathroom needs to be updated. It was an awkward space but did the job. Fantastic water pressure.

The front desk staff were really helpful and professional, but we had a different experience in the restaurant. Our breakfast the first morning wasn't great and the service was horrible. People were getting their own coffee and the server couldn't have cared less. When we entered the restaurant the second morning the person working was rude and told us that there was no chef so we couldn't have breakfast. We had to check out early that morning so we left without eating. This was frustrating because our reservation included breakfast.

Very little hot water in my 1st room. Got a new (much smaller) room, then couldn't turn off the hot water.

good hotel, close to several metro stations, easy access to anywhere in the city. A special plus is the old city area! quiet, calm, many shops and bars.
