Positives:
They put us in a room that obviously hadn't been properly cleaned. It had a foul smell, the sheets were wrinkled, there was hair on the sheet and an indentation in one of the pillows. We complained. They put us in a clean room. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
There wasn't much we liked about the hotel. They obviously made the bed without changing the sheets in the first room. That whole wing had the same foul smell. Whoever cleaned that wing didn't do their jobs. Nasty!! We won't be back!

The hotel itself is average - no real complaints. The staff was phenomenal! Front desk staff at night was so friendly and the real star of the hotel was the woman tending the breakfast area in the morning - the kindest and most accommodating person!!

Assigned a room overlooking the indoor pool. Room was ridiculously loud. Pool doesn't close until 11pm, and sleep is impossible with the level of noise emanating from that area. But front desk staff saved the day and moved me to a different room, far away from the pool.

Meet our needs
Positives:
Suite was spacious, clean, quiet, and well air conditioned--very comfortable! Bathroom was very nice--sparkling clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Shower was excellent. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was terrible! Very little food was offered and hot dishes were cold. Waffle maker was broken. When we asked for bread, the attendant gave us 2 pieces and then quickly disappeared for the remainder of the hour. We had arrived at 9:10: breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00. Food and staff were gone by 9:30.

IT WAS COMFORTABLE. PRETTY CLEAN. QUIET. DECENT LOOKING. BUT SADLY ITS THE NICEST HOTEL IN THE AREA.
Negatives:
TOILET DIDNT WORK CORRECTLY. HARDLY ANYONE AROUND WHEN YOU NEEDED SOMETHING. WHY ARENT THERE FORKS OR SPOONS OR ANYTHING OUT, ESPECIALLY AFTER NORMAL HOURS. THAT WHOLE TOWN SHUTS DOWN EARLY AND YOU DONT HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHING.

When we arrived, the room I served wasnt available. The room they gave us was not what we expected. The table was broken and fell on my toddler. The bed was atrocious. Lumpy and uncomfortable. The room they let us move to was about the same. There is no good food in the area.
