Nothing. I have been staying here for 13-14 years. This was by far the worst. Filthy, almost nothing out for breakfast, coffee looked like mud. Staff refused us a clean towel (had 2 for a 3 day stay).

Everything - dirty, even though construction had particles all over the hall floors (along with rolls of carpet), bathroom corners filthy, beds sloppily made. No fruit at breakfast, yogurt, etc. Staff not helpful - hard to find them.

Booked the Queen deluxe room. When arrived was given a room with 2 double beds... Didn't give me the refund knowing my booking choice was more expensive. The hotel was fully booked, so basically they had all the cards and if I dont like it I could leave.Bathroom bath tub had black stains, toilet paper was in the paper holder was almost out. 4 o'clock in the morning there was some kind of argument in the hotel parking lot. The man was screaming by the room windows for 1.5hr. p Police instead handling situation quickly or away from the hotel that people could sleep handled it very poorly and my sleep was done 4 o'clock in the morning... Next day check-in out was waiting by the front desk for 10 min, nobody was there to check me out... Looking around noticed 2 people talking just outside the front entrance of the hotel. One person happens to be (that I realized later) the receptionist kept looking at me and still was talking to his buddy while vaping. After good 10 min he walks in and says sorry about that, what can I help you with?... That was the worst hotel in my life... Area seems very unsafe.
