We checked in and the place was under construction called booking.com. They were no help at all. Really nice gal said she was going to help the manager was unavailable, refusing to respond and so they finally offered to move us to a room the next morning the construction, dust and paint fumes were horrific will never stay again horrible

We got a reservation based on opinions and price plus area we needed to stay on our trip on I70. Quality Inns are usually clean and have a good breakfast.
Negatives:
The bed linens weren't really white and obviously not ironed. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't. The coffee maker didn't have a tray to hold the coffee ground. The lamp by the bed had no bulbs. Not enough room to finish critique. .

The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly

The hotel is VERY OLD. It is undergoing remodeling in some rooms and therefore the hotel is full of dust and very noisy. The cleansiness is not very good.

The staff was all very courteous, it was close to the university where we needed it, the breakfast was yummy, and the mattress was very comfortable!

Rooms need fixing. Certain things were broken. Carpets had a musky smell. I couldn't find a decent place to stay, so this one was available. During breakfast, the lady who was cooking just stood by the door of the kitchen just staring at everyone get their food.
